All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in shipping your order.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

From time to time, DSR Jewellers may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or during special campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. DSR Jewellers is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if it is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delivery Issues

If the courier company is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
