Return & Refund Policy

At DSR Jewellers, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Ship the item securely to the provided return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
